Methyl Gallate

Methyl Gallate is an acutely toxic and irritant liquid chemical which belongs to the class of organic compound having a chemical formula of C8H8O5 with an average molar mass of 184.15 grams per mol. It is formed by the condensation of gallic acid in presence of methanol. It can be used in various applications due to its anti-tumor, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
